About Murano Communications
When Karen Hyatt formed Murano Communications, her goal was
to provide clients with services that were typically missing from
traditional communications companies and advertising firms. While
working with Fortune 50 companies, large retailers, and research
firms both nationally and internationally, she found the secrets to
customer loyalty and profitability.
She subsequently authored Customer-centered Design: A New
Approach to Web Usability (Prentice-Hall) and founded Murano
Communications and Murano Marketing. She is currently writing her
Murano Communications specializes in customer insight and
targeted strategy, effective and integrated customer
communications, and website evaluation and writing that increases
traffic and conversion rates.
